The bands are sturdy, I was able to use them for assisted pull ups and dips and I’m a pretty bug guy at 255 pounds. They do kind of stink in that new rubber way and they stick together, that’s a minor complaint though. Really like them and they’re the best deal I’ve seen for comparable products.
